How new episodes get to your site
Updated
Your site gets its episodes from your podcast’s RSS feed, the same feed podcast apps use. Podcasso checks it through the day, and new episodes usually appear within the hour.
Get an episode on now
Go to Episodes and choose Sync now. We check your feed straight away.
If an episode is missing
- Check that the episode is published in your podcast host, not scheduled.
- Look at the feed status at the top of Episodes. If the last check failed, it says why.
- Make sure Podcasso has the right feed. You’ll find it under Settings, then Podcast.
Changing podcast hosts
If you move your show to a new host, update the RSS feed under Settings, then Podcast. Your episode pages stay where they are.
