Get found
Get found by people who’ve never heard of you.
Most new listeners find a show by searching for a topic, not a title. Podcasso gives every episode its own page, describes it in the structured data search engines read, and publishes a plain-text copy for AI assistants. You don’t have to set any of it up.
A page for every episode
Each episode gets its own address with the show notes, the guests, a player, and a link to the video if it’s on YouTube. Someone searching for a guest’s name or a topic you covered can land right on it.
Structured data on every page
Search engines get a machine-readable description of your show, each episode, and the people on it, in the schema.org format Google uses for rich results.
A sitemap that keeps up
When a new episode comes out, it goes into your sitemap with the right date, so search engines know there’s something new to crawl.
Readable by AI assistants
Your site publishes an llms.txt file and a Markdown copy of every page. ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity can read about your show without wading through menus and scripts.
You choose what shows in results
Set the title, description, and preview image for any page. That’s what people see in search results and when someone shares a link.
Keep the rankings you already have
Moving from another site? Podcasso reads your old sitemap, matches your old episode pages to the new ones, and sets up permanent redirects.
Fair questions.
- Will Podcasso get my podcast to the top of Google?
- Nobody honest can promise that. What we can do is make every episode easy for search engines to find and make sense of. After that, it comes down to your show and what people are searching for.
- What is llms.txt?
- A short text file at the root of a website that tells AI tools what the site is about and where its important pages are. It’s a new convention, so not every assistant reads it yet. Having one costs you nothing.
- Do I need to know anything about SEO?
- No. The defaults are sensible. If you want to change how a page looks in search results, it’s a couple of fields in Settings.
